How you sign in

There’s no password on your account. We email a code, then keep you signed in for 30 days.

Nothing to remember and nothing that can be guessed. If you lose access to your email, contact us and we’ll verify you another way.

Sign out

Sign out of just this device, or everywhere at once if you think someone else might have access — a lost phone, a shared computer you forgot to sign out of.

Get a copy of your data

Everything we hold on you — your details, your jobs, your messages to support. We send it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Delete your account

Your details are deleted within 30 days. Two things survive, and it’s fairer if you know now:
